David Se Va

David, 12, lives the typical life of a kid in Tijuana. Goes to school, plays soccer with friends, and spends his weekends at the beach. One day, his mom sets him aside and tells him that they're moving to Los Angeles without his dad. Clearly upset, he spends his last few moments home in a daze. While on their way to Los Angeles, he escapes and runs to the place that reminds him most of home - the beach. David, 20's, is now fully immersed in his life in Los Angeles. He works his dead-end job, he waters his plants, and he plays in a band. One night, he learns about the passing of his estranged father in Tijuana so he decides to go back to his once home. He comes to find that he no longer really belongs there so he escapes to the one place that still reminds him of home - the beach.
